SkillBridge AI is a product of VibeTrax LLC, built and operated by Anchor of Hope International Ministries, Inc. (AOHIM). We are deeply committed to protecting the privacy and dignity of every person who uses this tool.

What Information We Collect

When you use SkillBridge AI, you may provide the following information during your session:

• Your selected occupation
• Career goals, challenges, and available time
• Work experience descriptions
• Resume text (pasted, uploaded, or described)
• Questions and messages in the AI Coach chat

How Your Information Is Processed

To generate your personalized career plans, resume analysis, and AI coaching responses, the information you provide during your session is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. Here is what you should know:

• Your information is transmitted securely using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS)
• Anthropic does not use your data to train their AI models
• Anthropic's data retention policies apply to API interactions — for details, visit anthropic.com/privacy
• No personally identifiable information (name, address, Social Security number, date of birth) is requested or required by SkillBridge AI

What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, address, phone number, or email
• We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising
• We do not sell, share, or distribute any user data to third parties
• We do not create user profiles or accounts
• We do not track your browsing activity across other websites

Participant Confidentiality

Anchor of Hope International Ministries is a workforce development organization serving justice-impacted adults and opportunity youth in Los Angeles County. We understand the sensitivity of the information our participants share, and we hold ourselves to the highest standards of confidentiality.

• SkillBridge AI is designed to be used anonymously — no identifying information is required
• If you use SkillBridge AI as part of an AOHIM program (such as CFCI Opportunity Works, DOORS Long Beach, or GreenWorks LA), the information you enter into this tool is separate from your program case file and is not recorded in any case management system
• Your program participation, case notes, and service records maintained through Hope Connect, Apricot, or other AOHIM systems are governed by separate confidentiality agreements and applicable program policies

Grant Program Compliance

SkillBridge AI operates in compliance with the data privacy and confidentiality requirements of our funding partners, including:

• Los Angeles County Justice, Care and Opportunities Department (JCOD) — CFCI and DOORS program requirements
• California Community Foundation (CCF) — GreenWorks LA / California Jobs First Catalyst Grant requirements
• Applicable federal, state, and local privacy regulations

No participant data from SkillBridge AI is included in grant reporting. Program outcome data reported to funders is collected through separate, secure systems with appropriate consent.

Your Rights

Because SkillBridge AI does not store your data, there is nothing to delete, correct, or request. You are in full control of your information at all times. You can close the browser at any point and all data from your session is gone.

Children's Privacy

SkillBridge AI is designed for adults (18 years and older) participating in workforce development programs. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years of age.

Intellectual Property

SkillBridge AI, including its design, content, AI prompt architecture, occupation enhancement frameworks, and action plan methodologies, is the proprietary intellectual property of VibeTrax LLC. All rights reserved. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any part of this platform is strictly prohibited. SkillBridge AI is protected under applicable U.S. copyright and intellectual property laws.

Changes to This Notice

We may update this privacy notice as SkillBridge AI evolves. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
